Leadership & Background

Destiny Neuro was founded to address operational and leadership gaps within surgical and intraoperative neurophysiology (IONM) environments. The company is led by its Founder and CEO, who holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and has a background in psychological research, combining healthcare operations expertise with leadership and systems-focused insight.

The founder’s career began in intraoperative neurophysiology and neurophysiology services within major university hospital systems in Chicago, supporting complex brain and spine procedures. Over the course of her career, she has participated in more than 1,000 surgical cases, including advanced procedures such as awake craniotomies and auditory brainstem response (ABR) monitoring. This experience provided a deep understanding of the operational demands, coordination challenges, and leadership structures required in high-acuity clinical environments.

Why Destiny Neuro Was Founded

While working across surgical and IONM settings, a consistent pattern emerged: highly skilled clinical teams were often constrained by inefficient operational structures, inconsistent management practices, and limited leadership development. Destiny Neuro was established to provide healthcare management services that strengthen organizational effectiveness, improve operational consistency, and support sustainable growth within surgical and neurophysiology organizations.
